Hello! My name is Rachel Berglund, and I am the founder and lead therapist at Empowering Hope, LLC. I graduated from UNC in 2020 with my masters in Marriage, Family, Couple therapy, and received my LMFT in 2023. I also have my Level 1 Gottman training and my Level 1 Family-Based Therapy(FBT) training. I special in anxiety, communication skills, relationships, and eating/body image concerns. I am here to walk this journey with you.
